From parbulb folder. Adds the function flushf() to hoc, used for the cell creation progress meter. From parbulbnet folder, from davison et al (2003) (model no. 2730), with no modification. See 2730 for mod file information. Animal model is from ancestor: modeling study, uses model and kinetics from previous studies (davison et al. 2000, 2001; bhalla & bower 1993). Kinetics were originally based on data from turtle mitral cells (bhalla & bower), but have since been used in the context of the mammalian olfactory bulb.
