Calcium ion accumulation and diffusion. This was taken from yamada et al. (1989). Most channels in this study were adapted from hodgkin & huxley (1952) and borg-graham (1987,1991). No apparent modeldb ancestors. This paper contains electrophysiology results as well as modeling, based on previous results and kinetic formulations. The animal model is from experiments in the paper.
