Decay of internal calcium concentration, published in destexhe et al. (1993), written by a destexhe nov 1992. Taken from mainen & sejnowski (1996), model no. 2488, with no apparent changes to kinetics. These papers feature experimental electrophysiology and imaging, as well as construction of a morphology of a l2/3 pyramidal neuron for modeling. The animal model info here is from the experimental methods, although the experiments may also have been performed in other layers as well.
