Calcium accumulation. Morphology used in this model is from migliore et al. (2005), but no references are given for channel kinetics. We cite hemond et al. (2008), model no. 101629, because most of the mod files are the same. This channel has no changes from ancestor model (identical mod file). This paper contains experimental results and modeling based on the model in migliore et al. (2005) and others. The animal model info here is from the experimental methods. The morphology used in the model was the same as in migliore et al. (2005), slightly older rats.
